Marketing Using the Web

After incorporated my own ICT company at the mid of 2004, while running the business (whenever I'm available and didn't work for others), I have been participating the practical “MBA” workshops funded by New Zealand government business training centers (WHK Business Growth under New Zealand TRADE & ENTERPRISE, and WHK Gosling Chapman under WHK Group Limited).

These practical “MBA” workshops are designed to help business owners (have to run their business at least 6 months) and corporate managerial staff to operate , manage and grow their businesses. The scope of the workshops covers 1) Financial 2) Sales & Marketing 3) Business Operation 4) Hiring People 5) Managing People 6) Customer Service 7) Leadership 8) Time Management 9) Business Branding 10) Intellectual Property 11) Negotiating 12) Exporting etc.

The workshops are more practical and comprehensive than some MBA workshops offered in the university Business Schools. Most of them are the full day workshops and the others are half day workshops. At the workshop, with the learning material, business coaches, business owners and the corporate managerial staff learn, discuss and do exercises together based on the knowledges and experiences they acquired when they operated, managed and grew their businesses.

After the workshops, the business coaches can provide follow-up coaching sections for the business owners and corporate managerial staff who need on-going coaching when they operate, manage and grow their businesses later.

The workshops are very helpful. They make sure the business owners and corporate managerial staff operate, manage and grow their businesses in the efficient and effective way.

I have finished the whole rang of varied workshops at the mid of 2010 and have been referring to the training material and what I have learned at the workshops afterwards whenever I operated, managed and grew my ICT business.
